The Privacy Policy is binding on the users either in persona capcity of a corporate entity as well as every staff or agent contracted by the operator to work for any cause related thereto provided that such agent or staff MUST first sign a non-disclosure agreement before they can be granted access to the app by Operator, Kindly note Paragraph A to G therein.

Upon registration and payment to subscribe to our services, please be informed that there shall be zero refund of money policy, at all material times, a subscriber shall only be entitled to products of his unit (MONEY) worth, and this shall also apply in cases wherein subscriber’s intent to close their foodbank account.

I. The Operator shall reserve a months’ worth of units of each subscriber at all material time. Subscriber’s must have at least two months’ worth of before a valid request can be made.

J. Upon exercising the request to opt out, the Operator shall be entitled to fifty percent of a months’ worth of unit for their administrative charge, and shall only supply the Subscribers goods and product less half of one’s months supply.

K. A Subscriber opting out from this product is at liberty to receive the unit worth of product less half of a months’ worth of unit at all material time, provided that nothing forbids or prevents the Subscriber from transferring his unit to another new or existing subscriber provided also that that Subscriber is in the same category.

L. Upon Opting out of this service, the subscribers account shall be immediately suspended or rendered inactive, However the Operator shall have be at liberty to continue the process of winding up of any account for a period not later than three months.

M. By Using this Site you agree to be a member of FoodBanking Agro Cooperative Ltd and also a subscriber of FoodBanking Food security scheme, and shall be entitled to subsidized food products when available and earn an ability to get food loans where appropriate.
